What goes behind film making?
The film is made in three steps script, cameras, and editing. The script is a guide for the producer and director what will be actually shown on the screen, scripts are written to show each actor's role in the film and the dialogue they have to say in specific scenes. Cameras are the tools used by the shooting crew to shoot the scene and the crew uses various methods to enhance each specific scene through the help of a camera. Editing is done by the VFX and CGI artist to ensure that the meaning of the scene is clear to the audience and the things which cameraman cant do or lack are covered by editing these also include sound mixer/editor how to add/remove background sound effects and etc.
-Who is a producer?
the producer is the owner of the film, he has to be financially strong to arrange money for the rest and they decide the budget and scale of the film, he must be managerial and administrative. He also has a role to hire staff and manage them. He sells the film as well as publishes it to the public.
-Who is a director?
The main director is one who does staging and guides the actors as his main work. He must have all information and has to be a creative visionary. The second director is also known as the director of photography he is the head of the camera and lighting these consist of 5-10 workers.
The main crew includes the producer, director, main cast, writer, and director of photography. Then there are below the line workers who are only hired when needed these include assistant director, sound engineer, composer, product designer, colourist, and VFX/CGI department.
